Completed Professional Organizing at the QC Design school
Active member of the Project Management Institute
Over 17 years experience supporting C-suite & Senior Management
Experience in various industries including: Biotechnology, Collections & Recovery, HR, Coaching & Facilitation, Marketing, Upholstery… the list goes on
Extensive experience with Mac and PC products, applications and operating systems
Skilled at identifying problems, and providing solutions

Now here’s the important stuff:

I have an adorable bunny named Snickers that will be involved in our relationship because she is… well adorable
My main goal is make your life easier
I don’t want to work with you forever (If I do my job right, you won’t need me forever)
There are very few business tasks I can’t do, but if I haven’t done something before, give me 20 minutes and I will figure it out
I am not going to say yes to you just because you want it. If I do not think it will help your business goals, I am going to speak up

Experience in various industries including: Non-Profit, Public Sector, Shipping
Extensive experience with Mac and PC products, applications and operating systems
Skilled in data entry, analytics and all things detail oriented

Now here’s the important stuff:

I have way too many animals and kids (2 cats, 40 African Cichlids, 5 year old, and a 21 year old)
I am mildly funny
My main goal is to live my life to the fullest and help you live yours by doing all your boring things (ha)
I like to be behind the scenes. I don’t do small talk so please don’t take offence.
I am 13 years clean and passionate about spreading the message that you can make changes and live a fulfilling, happy, complete life
I workout everyday and am consistent AF
I believe you are never too old to start growing and learning new things. Pivot and adapt

I have worked as a Zoom Facilitator, Office Manager, Secretary, Administrative Supervisor, Customer Service, Accounts Payable and Receivable
I have over 25 years of bookkeeping experience
Business and Secretarial Diploma – Shaw Business College
Business Accounting Diploma – President’s List

Now here’s the important stuff:

I am a methodical, conscientious worker - Accuracy is my #1 priority.
I have adopted many procedures to make other’s work loads easier for them but, I will let you know if what you are doing isn’t working efficiently.
I bake and decorate cakes for fun! Not as well as the “Cake Boss Buddy” but, I do a pretty darn good job.
With 5 grandkids it’s a good thing I bake!
An intravenous coffee drip needs to be invented … I work best with caffeine! 😊

I have no important or grand certificates or diplomas from post secondary school
I have graduated at Marca College for Hairdressing
I obtained my OTL license to sell home and auto insurance
I have been in many different fields and most not relating to the other from hairstylist, call center, sales, collections, insurance, data entry, accounts payable & receivable, and photo editing for a photographer.

Now here’s the important stuff:

I have a son that keeps me on my toes
I love to travel and would love to see the world
I love the beach and love the ocean. I think I was Flounder in another life.
I am extremely sarcastic- sorry not sorry
We should celebrate all wins no matter how big or small
Mindset and perception are everything, I try to see the positive in all situations.
I am creative and love making, creating, virtual and physical things. I love hearing others’ ideas and help bring them to life.
People ask me if they can touch my hair all the time- No I don’t wish I had straight hair- yes they're my curls- no it’s not a perm.
I am an open book. Just Ask!
